The ordering process is quite simple.
Once an item is selected just send me a message/email
I will then agree the purchase with you including any personalisation.
Delivery costs and deadlines will be agreed and a 25% deposit paid.
Payment can be made via BACS, cheque or card payment if collecting from studio or event.
Once the item is complete I will send an image of the finished product.
When final payment has been made the item will be sent.
All items can be packed and posted to you using national couriers; as with each item being unique so is the cost of postage depending on your location and the weight of goods sent.
The cost of post and packaging will be provided as part of the ordering process.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges so please contact me within 14 days of delivery and return items within 30 days of delivery.
A deposit of 25% is required before work will begin, if an item is cancelled after work has begun then the deposit will not be refunded.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
